Zacherie Craig Allen

Zacherie Craig Allen, age 24, of Ithaca NY died on Thursday May 25, 2017 from injuries caused by a tractor trailer striking his work van. Zach was born, February 10, 1993, in Ithaca NY to the former Teresa Ann O'Bannion of Ithaca, NY and the late Jeffrey Craig Allen who passed away on October 24, 2007. He was also predeceased by his brother, Justin C. Allen, who died February 11, 2016.
Zach is survived by his mother, Teresa Allen; his fiancé, Mairi Cardone; his brothers Jeffrey C. Allen, Jr., Sean O'Bannion and Isaac C. Allen; his sisters, Ashley Allen Chapman and Mary A. Allen and his niece, Catlyn O'Bannion-Lewis.
Zach was kind, generous and loyal and would do anything he could to help those around him. He was employed by Lincare as a health care products delivery person. He was a natural comedian and entertainer who could always light up the room. He was an incredible artist and loved to play video games. Zach made a positive impact on every person who had the gift of knowing him, and treated everyone he met with respect and kindness. There will be a memorial service for family and friends at 7 PM, Friday, June 2, 2017, at the Perkins Funeral Home, 55 West Main Street, Dryden, NY. Friends may call from 4 to 6 PM on Thursday, and from 5 to 7 PM Friday, at the funeral home. Memorials are directed to Teresa Allen, 549 Hayts Road, Ithaca, NY 14850
