WINIFRED LOUISE STUPKE, age 93, formerly of Stupke Road, Cortland and Mclean, NY, passed away, Monday, May 13, 2013 at the Groton Nursing Facility after an extended illness. Mrs. Stupke was born in Franklin Springs, NY a daughter of the late Floyd and Ruth Towne Loomis. Her husband, William T. Stupke died June 19, 1991. Winifred was employed for many years at Crescent Corset Company and was a long time area resident. She was member of the Bird Watchers Club, Memorial Baptist Church and the Cortlandville Grange. She was very devoted wife and mother who always enjoyed her family and friends.
