Philip A. Glazier,
86, of Dryden, NY passed away Friday, October 19, 2007 at Northwoods of Cortland. Born in Cortland, NY, he was a son of the late Ardeen and Elwina Christie Glazier and husband of the late Marie Green Glazier. Philip was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Air Force. He was an avid Horse lover and pilot. He retired from WETM Channel 18 in Elmira, NY where he was the master engineer.
Philip is survived by his brothers, Rev. Alton (Sally) Glazier, Edwin (Bonnie) Glazier; his sisters, Eleanor (Boyd) MacRoberts, Virginia (Louigi) Sacchi, Elwyna Lama; a son, Don Glazier; a foster child, Connie Wright; two granddaughters; nieces; nephews and cousins. Phil was predeceased by his brother, Richard and sisters, Claudia Bell and Kathleen Fish.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Jordan officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Spencer, NY. Friends are invited to call from 12 to 1 PM Tuesday at the funeral home, 55 West Main St., Dryden.
