Patricia A. Foote

PATRICIA A. FOOTE, age 88, of Dryden passed away after a period of declining health on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family. Patti was born December 3, 1937 in Syracuse, NY a daughter of the late Flora Lily Mackinder and Charles Burce Armstrong. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend whose life was defined by her strength, kindness and sense of humor. Her love for her family was unwavering. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Patti was the co-owner of Acme Pest Control and Lawn Care, and worked in the office for many years.

She is survived by Bonnie (William) Douglas of Ithaca, Michael (Debbie) Foote of Florida, Patrick (Renee) Foote, Wendy (Forrest) Putney, Ann (Rob) Lower all of Dryden; thirteen grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; many nieces; nephews and cousins. She is also survived by her beloved nephew, James (Sandy) Armstrong of New Jersey, who held a special place in her heart. Patti was predeceased by her loving husband of 51 years, Carl J. Foote, Sr., two sons, Frank Foote and Carl J. “C.J.” Foote, Jr. and ten siblings.

Friends are invited to call from noon to 2 PM, Saturday, January 24, 2026 at the Perkins Funeral Home. A brief service will be held immediately following. Memorials are graciously directed to Hospicare, 172 East King Road., Ithaca, NY 14850
