MARY ELAINE APGAR, 60, of West Malloryville Road, Freeville, NY died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca. Mary was born Feb. 16, 1953 in Cortland, NY, a daughter of Elaine McGavin Apgar of Freeville and the late William H. Apgar, III. Mary was graduated from Dryden High School and had been employed at Crispell Automotive as a bookkeeper for 40 years. Mary enjoyed her family and grandchildren, horses and her dog, Billy Bob.
