Larry R. Stage Sr.

Larry Ray Stage Sr. was reunited with his late family members on January 18, 2024.  He was 63 years old, and a lifelong resident of Cortland County, NY.

He was born in Cortland, NY to the late Anna May and Raymond Otis Stage. He was married to Cathy Stage and had 3 children.

He worked as an oversized load escort driver and had many hobbies.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Stage; children, Larry Stage Jr. (Amy), Joseph Stage, and Kimberly Stage; his brother, Ernest Stage; sisters, Donna Stage and Bonnie Stage; and brother-in-law, Patrick O'Donnell; grandchildren, Liam Stage, Brody Stage, Chanel Stage; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Anna and Ray Stage; sister, Carol O'Donnell; nephew, Kyle Waite; and grandson, Tyler Stage.

Larry loved his family, and to help people whenever he could, and he will be missed.

A celebration of life will be held behind the Homer, NY Fire Station, on March 2, 2024, from 12 pm - 4 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations of a dish to pass would be greatly appreciated.
