Julie Nash

Julie Nash, 54, of Freeville, NY passed away Friday, May 30, 2025. After a brief illness. Julie was born on September 27, 1970, the daughter of Walter Treiber & Brenda Carson Hayes. She worked for several years for the Ithaca Community Childcare. Julie had a warm soul and great heart and was known to always look to help those in need. Along with her deep altruistic qualities, Julie was also very talented in arts and crafts. She was predeceased by her father Walter Treiber and her stepfather Timothy R. Hayes.

Surviving Julie is her husband and longtime companion of 30 years, Tracy Nash; her twin brother, Stephen (Elizabeth) Treiber of Halstead, PA; nephews, Sam and John Treiber; her mother, Brenda Hayes; special aunt, Doris Gaburnik of Stevens City, VA; sister-in-law Cheryl Denison of Murphy, NC; brothers-in-law, Daniel (Cindy) Nash, Harlowe (Lisa) Nash of Freeville, NY; Friends, Judy (Tom) Harley, Lisa (David) DeMars; along with several nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be on Thursday, June 19 at 1pm in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden. A celebration of Julies life will be held on Saturday, June 21 from 2-6:00PM at the Dryden VFW.
