JOAN A. PHELPS, age 57, of Dryden died Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at her residence. Joan was born in Ithaca, NY a daughter of the late Walter F. Van de Mark and Marie Violet Lasher Van de Mark. A resident of Dryden for a few years, she had previously been raised in Brooktondale and Ithaca, NY. She is survived by a son and two daughters and their families. She was predeceased b y her daughter, Marie Manos.

Graveside services were held in Charles Mandeville Dutch Reformed Cemetery on Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Perkins Funeral Home assisted with her interment.
