Jesse was born on August 18, 2025 and passed away on September 28, 2025. He is survived by his parents Ashley Ketter and Ryan Waterman, he is also survived by his 2 siblings Houston and Emberleigh. He is also survived by his loving grandparents Jessica and Timothy Brazo and Walter Ketter J.r, also many aunts and uncles and cousins. In his short little life Jesse made a huge impact on his family and will be loved and missed for all of eternity.
