Ian Bernard Horowitz, 25, of Freeville passed away unexpectedly. He was born on October 15, 1990 in Evanston, IL, the son of Franklin G. and Pamela L. Smith Horowitz.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 4:30PM at Perkins Funeral Home with visitation prior from 4:00PM till the time of the service, burial to follow at East Lawn Cemetery in Ithaca.
