GERALDINE C. FISH
, 75, of Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, passed away peacefully at her home on April 16, 2007. Born June 3, 1931 in Sherwood, NY, she was the daughter of the late John I. and Leora M. Bickel Clayton. Gerry had been employed by Smith Corona in Groton, the former Jamesway in Ithaca, and Ridley’s Book Bindery, retiring in 1992.
Survivors include her children, Susan M. Fish of Ithaca; Sharon A. Hudson of Gloversville; Kenneth E. Fish of Des Moines, Iowa; Jon L (Michele) Fish of Lansing; Shirley M. (Matthew) McGuire of Brighton, Colorado; Tina M. (Mark) Snyder of Groton; her sisters, Arlene Caward and Shirley Rockhill, both of Lansing; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Nancy L. Zarrelli, brother Charles Clayton, and sister Jane Cudlin.
There will be no calling hours. Interment will take place at a later date. The family is being assisted by Perkins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospicare and Palliative Services, 172 E. King Rd, Ithaca, 14850 or FoodNet, 2422 N. Triphammer Rd, Ithaca, 14850.
