Gene C. Snowberger, 83, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away on August 8, 2025.
Born in Lamont, PA, Gene was the son of the late Clyde and Zipporah Snowberger and grew up in the Etna/Dryden, NY area. He graduated from Dryden High School and proudly served in the United States Army, receiving an honorable discharge.
A passionate aviator, Gene enjoyed flying throughout his life. He worked as an international pilot and a flight instructor, sharing his love of aviation with others.
As per his wishes, Gene’s ashes will be interred alongside his parents at Willow Glen Cemetery.
Gene is survived by his beloved wife, Nampeung, of Vero Beach, FL; his daughter, Gina (Danny) Austin; grandchildren Ashley, Alicia, and Dylan Austin; and great-grandson Sawyer, all of Brooktondale, NY. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Rhodes; nephew, Charles Snowberger; and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins. Online condolences at www.perkinsfh.com
