FRANKLIN G. MOTT, Jr, age 54, of Main Street, Groton, NY passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013 at his residence. Frank was born in Ithaca, NY a son of the late Franklin G. Mott, Sr. and Patricia Anne Page Mott. He attended Moravia and Groton Schools and was employed previously at Smith Corona and Empire Soil Investigations. He was an avid motorcyclist and Harley-Davidson owner.
Survivors include his step-mother, Barbara Mott of Groton, two sons, Bruce M. Mott of Groton and Skylar Mott of Etna, NY; his siblings, Eva ?Marie" (Kevin) Dann of Locke, Rodney D. Mott of Groton, Deborah S. (Eric) Satterly of Groton, Bryan Mott, Bertran Reyns, Sandra Reyns, Courtney Reyns; two grandsons, Aiden and Jackson Mott of Brewerton; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a sister, Janet O?Brien.
No public services are planned. Friends are encouraged to make a memorial donation to the Groton Fire Dept. or Groton Ambulance, Groton, NY 13073.
