Ernest “Ernie” Newbury, a resident of Dryden, NY passed away unexpectedly on November 4, 2021 at the age of 88. Ernie is predeceased by his parents Lily Ann and Clarence Newbury; children Jonathan, Marc, and Hugh; as well as grandchildren Bradley, Adrianne, Damian, and Margaret. He is survived by his wife Sharon (Slade); children Heide (Mark) Halliday, Jennifer (George) Weeks, Charli Newbury, Michael (Kelly) McKane, Annette Newbury, Laura (Chris) Lehman, Timothy Arnold, and Kenny Nelson; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Dryden VFW on Friday November 12, 2021 at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you send donations to the American Heart Association or the Spina Bifida Association in Ernie’s name.
