Donald M. Foote

DONALD M. FOOTE, age 63, of Livermore Road, Dryden, NY passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the Cayuga Medical Center. "Donnie" was born August 7, 1953 in Cortland, a son of the late Robert and Betty Sopp Foote. He was graduated from Ithaca High School and for many years was associated with his parents at The Plantation Inn on Rt. 366. He also had been employed at Clark's Food Market, NYS DOT, and while living in Florida, he worked at the Overhead Door Company of Jacksonville. Donnie enjoyed playing cards, boating, fishing, hunting and snowmobiling. He was a likeable person that will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
Survivors include his loving wife, Susan Clark Foote and many extended family members and in-laws. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Patricia Hoffman Foote.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016 at the Perkins Funeral Home. Friends are invited to call from 4 to 6 PM Wednesday at the funeral home, 55 West Main Street, Dryden. Memorials are directed to the American Heart Association or the SPCA.
