Constance Bower Woodrow passed away on March 10, 2013 after a brief illness. Connie was employed at the CBORD Group in Ithaca for many years before her retirement in 2012. In honoring Connie's wishes services will be private. Anyone wishing to honor Connie can make donations in her name to the ALS Assoc., Upstate Chapter, 890 Seventh N.
