CHARLES R. INGALLS, age 72, a long time Dryden resident, passed away,Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014 at the Cortland Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. Born April 19, 1942 in Jacksonville, NY, he was a son of the late George and Violet Drummond Ingalls. "Charlie" attended Dryden Schools and was employed as a Plumber and Steam Fitter by various contracting companies and for 11 years prior to retirement at the "Pipe Shop" at Cornell University. He was a member of Local 267, Plumbers and Fitters Union in Ithaca. He was a proud member of the NRA and was an avid outdoorsman.
