CATHERINE A. PLACE,
age 56, of 374 Bone Plain Rd., Freeville, NY passed away Monday, December 3, 2007 at the Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca. Born September 2, 1951 in Oswego, NY, she was the daughter of the late Nelson and Doris Laird Scutt. Cathy was employed at Cornell University and had been a waitress at Toad’s Diner in Freeville, NY.
Cathy is survived by her daughters, Katrina M. (Brian) Klee and Lorrie A. (Don) James both of Groton, NY; grandchildren, Nicole Klee, Brittany and Tiffany James; her fiance`, Joseph G. Ebel of Freeville, NY; and several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law. Special thanks to our Mom’s friend, Judy Crockford, and our aunt, Amy Scutt, for everything you have done for Mom during this difficult time.
