FREEVILLE – Avery E. Park Jr., age 78 of Baker Hill Road, Freeville, NY passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center.
Born February 8, 1942 in Springfield, VT he was the son of the late Avery and Irene Webster Park. Avery was a member of the Carpenters Union Local 291 and had been employed with McElwee Builders prior to retirement. He was a member of Brooktondale Baptist Church and loved his family, woodworking, hunting and antiquing.
Avery is survived by his wife, Barbara Utter Park; his children, Lynn Park (Sue) and Avery Park (Jamera) IV; step children, Daniel Clark (Vicky) and David Clark (Schelley); grandchildren, Adam E. Park and Garrett M. Park; great granddaughter, Olivia Park; step grandchildren, Dylan Clark, Brianna Clark and Andrew Clark.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
