ALLEN W. ACKLEY, age 62, Dryden, NY passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 .at The Cayuga Medical center at Ithaca. Allen was born Dec. 2, 1949 in New York City the son of Katherine Artwick Ackley and the late Leonard J. Ackley. He was graduated from Fox Lane High School in Mt. Kisco, NY and from SUNY Delhi with an AAS degree in Animal Science. Allen was married to the former
Patricia Hogan on August 17, 1974 in Roselle, NJ. Allen came to Ithaca in 1972 to work as a research lab technician at Agway, two years later Pat followed and they eventually moved to Dryden in 1977.
