Albert C. Trim, Jr.

ALBERT C. TRIM, Jr., age 95 of Cortland, NY passed away Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 at the Cortland Regional Medical Center after brief illness. Mr. Trim was born May 18, 1920 in Virgil, NY a son of the late Albert C. Trim, Sr. and Eva Stafford Trim. He was employed at Camp's Meat Packing and for many years at Brewer-Titchener. His wife, the former Elizabeth Ayers (Trim) passed away Sept. 29, 2001. He rushed and canned chairs, loved to pay pitch and rummy with friends, but mostly enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews including Bonnie Ann (Malcolm) Heath of Cortland, Mary Jane (Richard) Neff of Freeville and Karla Ray Furney of Corning, Ronnie Trim, Roger Trim, Susan (Chris) Hoback, Jack Fitch, Valerie Broker, Helen Trim, Kathleen (Jesse) Naylor, Wendy (Nick) Wagner and many great and great great nieces and nephews and many extended family members. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife and siblings, Marie Fitch, Harold Trim and Donald Trimm and a nephew, Richard Trimm
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM, Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Virgil Rural Cemetery. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home, Thursday from 12:30 to the funeral time.
